Salary: £27k + £4,800 commission + benefits

The Role:
As a Graduate Education Sales Consultant, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to:
- Build and nurture relationships with schools and educators
- Manage the end-to-end sales process – from sourcing education professionals then positioning them into high-end rewarding opportunities within this highly-respected sector
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with professionalism and integrity
- Contribute to our client’s mission of improving education outcomes across the UK
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that combines sales, communication, and a passion for making a difference in education.
Through a mix of mentoring, workshops, and hands-on experience, you’ll learn:
- B2B sales fundamentals and consultative sales techniques
- How to develop a professional and ethical approach to client relationships
- The inner workings of the education sector
