Position Overview:
As an Entry Level Recruiter, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and connecting with emerging tech talent. This role provides a unique chance to gain valuable experience in the dynamic field of tech recruitment and contribute to the success of our client's growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential tech candidates across various channels.
- Engage with candidates, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to implement strategies for sourcing and placing tech talent.
Qualifications:
- A recent graduate or an individual at the early stages of their career.
- Demonstrated interest in the tech industry and recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for building relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Must have right to work in the UK (British Citizenship/ Presettled status).
What Our Client Offers:
- Competitive base salary of £25,000 per annum, with the potential to earn between £35,000 to £45,000 in the first year through OTE.
