2. Professional Training Scheme - NFU Mutual

What you need to know: Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with a salary of £23,000 plus benefits and working on a three-year rotational programme with four streams available
What you need to show : Minimum 2.2 degree, be a fast learner and passionate about a career in Insurance Perfect role if you're interested in: Insurance, IT, Customer Service and Marketing

This is always an extremely popular programme for graduates looking for a challenging and rewarding career and it is no surprise to see it's emerged as the #HottestjobintheWorld for a second week!
Intelligence Officers will start out working on their Foundation Investigative Training, after this they will specialise in one of the following areas: international counter-terrorism, assessment, Northern Ireland-related terrorism, counterintelligence (espionage) or cyber intelligence. After a further two years in this specialism, graduates will become fully trained Intelligence Officers, helping keep the UK safe.
