Lidl's Area Manager role has taken this week's #Hottestjobsintheworld crown. Successful applicants are fast tracked into area management and get a full set of training in every aspect of retail. Starting off in-store, graduates will experience everything this fast paced sector can throw at you. Lidl expect successful graduates to work hard for their £35,000 a year, with the training and role being very demanding early on.
