Graduate recruitment has undergone a huge transformation in recent years. The introduction of social media has allowed a new channel of communication between prospective graduates and employers to be established. This has allowed more information to flow between graduate and employer, while also allowing employers to reveal more about their graduate schemes or company ethos. Some companies have been superb in their communication with the graduate market and being able to inform, interact and offer advice to prospective applicants.
We have gone through and selected ten of the best graduate twitter accounts. The criteria for our list was their interaction, information and frequency of updates.
AXA Graduates - @AXAGraduates
The AXA Graduates account impressed us because it offers a good insight into the company and what it is getting up to. Graduates should use this because it offers the opportunity to see developments in the company and looking at @AXAGraduates would be an excellent way to be clued up for things to talk about in interviews or applications. The twitter feed also offers insight into the role staff play in the company outside of typical Finance work.
Barclays - @barclaysgrads

The impressive feature of the Barclays graduate twitter account is the way they document the graduate scheme and internship. Barclays document events, tasks and occasions that the graduates or interns have to undertake. They combine this well with information on the scheme and interaction with graduate followers.
