Frasers Group started as a small store in Maidenhead in 1982 and from there, grew to become a global powerhouse. We are now a collection of the world’s most iconic brands including Sports Direct, House of Fraser, FLANNELS, GAME, Jack Wills, Missguided, I Saw It First, Evans Cycles, USC, and Everlast.

Starting September 2023, our Elevation Programmes are designed to fast-track exceptional individuals to peak performance in two years. We’ll give you the tools needed to thrive - if you’re ready to own it.

Explore key departments within our commercial function, ensure we buy and sell the right stock at the right time while monitoring the performance of different products. Based in our Shirebrook HQ, with free hotel accommodation, food and laundry for your first year, we give you everything you need to succeed.

Gain experience in 8 major financial divisions while also achieving a fully-accredited ACA qualification.

Work on the front line to help us get fully data-driven as we expand our analytics function.


At Frasers Group, we believe in the potential of our graduates. The Elevation Programmes focus on investing in the development of fearless early talent to become the future leaders of a global retailer.

But don’t just take it from us. We welcome and celebrate individuality and take pride in only allowing a colleague’s contribution to define their path. Since starting on the Commercial Elevation Programme in 2020, two of our graduates, Chelsea and Ben are now leaders in Frasers Group within this division, heading up major functions in the company.

Since joining Frasers Group after university, Chelsea is now the Head of European Expansion. After 2 years she is now responsible for Frasers Group making an impact across the continent. Ben is Head of Football, and headed up the Frasers Group football department in the lead up for the 2022 football World Cup and was entrusted with a budget of £400 million. This level of fast-track progression would not be possible without the determination, hard-work and fearlessness of our early talent, matched with Frasers Group’s deep belief in their employees to reach their full potential.


We recognise that we have a responsibility to manage the impact our business has on the environment, and we are committed to reducing this both now and in the future. We continue to comply with the Government’s Carbon Reduction Commitment and have identified key areas where we can make a difference, in particular energy usage in our stores, transport and waste management.

Carbon Footprint
Our growth has increased the number of our stores and the absolute GHG emissions as result. Our chosen intensity ratio of electricity-related emissions per £m revenue has decreased by 10% due to the reduced CRC factors and efficiencies.

Waste Management
All of our stores now use recyclable carrier bags and our staff actively promote "bag for life"to our customers.
