2020/21 Campaign Effectiveness Awards

The awards celebrate and reward companies who have excelled in attracting graduate talent during 2020/21. Recognising graduate recruitment in 2020 is especially relevant as large numbers of traditional graduate employers suspended their recruitment campaigns. Organisations who have continued to recruit graduates have often had to completely adapt their screening, assessment and onboarding processes to keep in line with government guidance.

This year’s awards in particular recognise and celebrate those extra efforts from graduate recruiters to keep the doors of opportunity open, even as many of their premises had to be closed.

Who is eligible for an award?

Anyone who uses to attract graduate talent is automatically entered into the awards scheme. There are hundreds of entries with over 250 graduate campaigns appearing on the site in the past 12 months. The awards are always free to enter.

Companies eligable for awards have used during the past 12 months for at least a 3 month period. This includes both our direct employer and recruitment agency clients.

How are the awards distributed?

To ensure no bias there are no judging panels involved in the selection process. Instead, we use the data we are able to extract from the site in order to analyse performance. Using the actual site data gives us a more accurate and impartial view of how graduates have responded to campaigns. One of the key metrics we use to understand effectiveness is “job view to application ratio”. Put simply, higher the percentage of people who apply after viewing the job page, the more effective the job is in generating applications. Using this and similar reliable indicators we establish the most effective campaigns to rank companies in a Top10.

Our 2020/21 winners are:
