Our story

In late 2009, Stott and May was founded on the belief that hiring managers should never have to make the choice between time to hire and quality of candidate. We noticed a gap in the market for a search offering that can combine the speed of contingent recruitment with a high value, high touch, insightful service more commonly found in the executive search space. A talent solution that's helpful, engaging and stacked full of value add.

We've been building our team alongside the technical teams of some of the world's most innovate businesses. Our 100 employees across London, Los Angeles, Reading, Dublin and New York are cultivating specialist talent communities every day to deliver the connections to drive growth.

Learning & Development

Joining as part of our Academy you will receive expert training from our team of trainers who support an open and inclusive learning environment that supports individual personal growth and career ambitions. As well as providing learning through group classroom training, you’ll receive one on one coaching based on your specific needs. Stott and May’s L&D department is made up of a team of experts in people performance and recruitment excellence, no matter where you are in your career we will develop and elevate you to be the best you can possibly be.
