About our offer You’ll start on an initial salary of
£26k, rising to £28k in your second year. There’s 25 days’ holiday plus

Training & Profiles
Of course we won’t throw you in at the deep end without full support...
a buddy, a mentor, great managers, internal training, external courses…
you can count on us to give you everything you’ll need. And yes, if you
want to (and don’t already know how), we’ll teach you how to drive a bus.
Throughout the programme you’ll have exposure to our senior leaders
including at breakfast meetings, dinners, lunch-and-learn sessions, site
visits and meetings.
And at the end of the programme you can expect to be taking on a
management role in an area of our business. Interestingly, five of our
current MDs and 36 of our functional directors are former graduates...
and you could well be adding to this amazing tally!
You’ll also need a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline by September
2020, a full UK/EU driving licence by September 2020 (so if you haven’t
got one there’s still time!), to be legally entitled to work full-time
in the UK and be ready to join one of our operating business units.
