This 1-1 introduction enables all new employees to understand the global

At Spencer Ogden, we offer a world-class 12-month training programme to
all of our entry-level recruitment consultants. This stringent
curriculum begins with a concentrated two-week modular training
programme. It is a blended programme that mainly consists of L&D
delivered facilitation, live activities, scenarios, manager interaction,
competition days which all lead towards completion of stage one. All
