How did you hear about the Asoria Group? “I was actually
referred to the company by a friend. I was deciding on making a career
change at the time from Fashion to recruitment so I knew it had to be
the absolute right move. She had worked there from the very start and
had always given me positive feedback the Asoria group. It seemed like a
really exciting opportunity at the time and it was by far the best.”
Why was the Asoria Group your first choice? “There were a lot
of other agencies out there so I knew I had to make the right choice by
choosing Asoria. The interview process from start to finish was fab. I
was made to feel welcome and at ease by everyone including the most
senior people in the company. I was sold straight away and knew that
there would be a lot of opportunity for progression throughout my career
which is what I was looking for.”
What is your highlight of working for the Asoria Group? “I
have been lucky enough to achieve my targets set and been taken on a
number of company holidays including Budapest, Prague and Porto. I think
it’s a great incentive for anyone new joining the company.”
What do you want to see in the Asoria Group in the next few years? “I
have been at the Asoria group for nearly 3 years now and to see how much
the company has grown has been an amazing experience. The fact it will
only get bigger now excites me a lot and hopefully one day I might get
given the opportunity to work in one of our global offices.”
Training & Profiles
Induction You will be enrolled onto the PIP training academy
and will be assigned a mentor. The training academy is an important part
of your first six months in The Asoria Group. The aim of the training
academy is to teach you everything you need to know to be a successful
recruiter. The academy is bespoke and was designed by the company’s
management team.
One month assessment This written test is issued after one
month of service and is designed to examine your knowledge of selling
the company and your specialist sector market knowledge. Consultants
must get 100% in these tests to pass, which coincides with the academy
programme.
Company training academy Forms an integral part of passing
probation. A consultant cannot pass without first having all modules
signed off. Each module is related to an element of the role they need
to learn in the first six months, from candidate calls to client
interaction and being able to use the system.
Passing probation In addition to having to get all training
modules signed off, consultants must produce a presentation on their
business area to pass their probation. The probation presentation should
include figures and predicted billings, key clients identified and
mapped, successes so far and Buying, Working and Market platforms
identified and mapped. Upon successful probation pass, you are now a
qualified Recruitment Consultant and on track to your first promotion.
Qualified consultant Once you have graduated from the PIP
training programme you are now considered a qualified 360 Recruitment
Consultant. Further to your development with the company, you will
receive detailed coaching in how to manage and will subsequently be
responsible for mentoring a graduate throughout their training
programme. Although at this point you would have completed your personal
academy programme, you will continually receive training throughout your
career with Asoria.
