It is an 18-month scheme which has three rotations over this time. The first is station management where I worked at two London terminals to run operations and people management. My current placement is crew management is in Ashford International where I manage the team of our on-board staff across the network. Lastly, I will work in a project related role.

I began my scheme with frontline operational experience in bus driving, service control and service delivery. This enabled me to later step into the role of Route Manager where I lead a team of professional drivers and was accountable for the service performance of a select group of bus routes.
