Frasers Group you will be put through a structured training programme
including making sure that you have skills outside of the day to day job
role to support your individual development.
Application Procedure
Stage 1 - Application Process
Our application page will initially ask you some basic contact
information and eligibility questions. You will have the option to
attach a CV but this isn’t mandatory! We know that sometimes applicants
don’t feel their CV truly gets across why they stand out. Therefore as
part of our pre-screen questions you will get the option to attach
anything else you think may enhance your application. This can be
anything you think we’d love to see! We will review your application and
be in touch asap to let you know if you have been selected for the next
stage in the process.
Stage 2 - Online Testing
If your application is successful, you’ll be asked to complete an online
test designed to measure some skills and attributes you’ll need to
succeed in the role. We’ll give you further details and tips on what to
expect and how best to prepare if you are invited to this stage in the
process.
Stage 3 - Live Video Interview
This is your chance to showcase who you are, talk to a real person and
tell us what makes you truly stand out. Our recruitment team will
schedule and conduct a live video interview to discuss your skills,
experiences and how you resonate with our values.
Stage 4 - Assessment Centre Feb-Mar 2022
If you are successful you’ll be invited to our immersive assessment day.
We will provide more detail on what to expect & which dates are
available. Bring your authentic self and show us who you really are. We
want to meet the real you.
Stage 5 - Offer/Final Stage Feedback
Successful individuals will be selected after all assessment centres are
complete. No matter the outcome, we will provide feedback at this stage
to let you know how you have performed throughout the process.
