Training & Profiles
This is a graduate programme where we will develop your skills in IT and finance from scratch. During the scheme you will develop programming skills which will be built upon as a test analyst and then as a designer. Your business skills will be acquired through the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment programme, and technical skills developed in association with The British Computer Society.
Our graduate training scheme consists of an 18-month rotational programme. Successful employees come from a diverse range of academic disciplines including Physics, Geography, Mathematics, Chemistry and Classics. During the rotation, you will work with different teams and explore different aspects of the project life-cycle. Your responsibilities will include building and testing software on important projects in the financial markets.
Successful completion of the programme will lead to more specialised placements within our project delivery teams. We will work with you during the early years to build your career around the technical system analyst roles, and although this period will not focus specifically on fast-track management activities, we do anticipate that successful candidates coming through the programme will develop into leadership roles longer-term.
