Assessments and the process

Situational Judgement Tests

These are used to understand how you would approach real-life situations you might face in our workplace. The aim is to see how your judgement and decision making aligns with our values and mindset. It helps us understand your approach to teamwork, problem-solving and communication.

Tip: Think about how you’d respond in a professional setting. Be authentic, stay calm, and consider the best outcome for the team and the business.

Video Interview

This gives you the chance to bring your application to life and show us more about who you are. You’ll record answers to a few pre-recorded questions, at a time that suits you. We’re not looking for perfection, we’re looking for genuine, thoughtful responses that show your personality and potential.

Tip: Find a quiet spot, check your camera and sound, and take a moment to think before you answer.

Assessment Centre

Our assessment centres are held in group format and give us an opportunity to see how you work alongside others. The specific tasks will depend on the role, but you’ll take part in problem-solving activities with other candidates, where we’ll look at your communication, teamwork and approach to the challenges.

Tip: Focus on contributing - listen to others, share your ideas clearly, and help the group to move forward.
