Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Nottingham - £24,000 + £35k OTE
Our client are looking for ambitious, resilient, career driven individuals to add to their stimulated / social office environment. Our client are on the hunt for outstanding graduates and early stage professionals looking to start their careers as Recruitment Consultants. Our client work within the finance, customer service temp market as well as blue collar construction, they are looking to hire immediately and have start dates throughout the year.
Our client, have a full internal training program that every new starter goes through, where you’ll learn everything you need to know about the recruitment process as well as learning about your sector! Our client start new consultants as 180 recruitment consultants, this is where you’ll be tasked to bring on either new business or new clients, before you move into the 360 side of things.
Alongside a basic salary of £24k and £35k OTE in your first year, a selection of great colleagues, regular monthly incentives and team social events, you’ll be starting your career in a fun, fast paced and financially rewarding industry!

The Role:
In recruitment each day differs, but your main duties will be:
· Learning the market and gathering market intelligence.
· Speaking with individuals predominantly over the phone.
· Headhunting candidates.
· Interviewing candidates.
· Marketing out your candidates to your prospective companies.
· Finding new business.
