Our ambitious growth plans are giving us the opportunity to grow our expanding teams. We are looking for career driven graduates to join our office in Munich based in the city centre after 3 months training in our London HQ.
What do we offer?
- Award winning training provided, from our own in-house Learning and Development team over the first 3 months in London
- Provided a work VISA to move out to Munich after the training period (commencing in October)
- Our new graduate hires will be given a competitive basic salary plus an uncapped commission structure on top of that.
1st year consultants expected earnings are circa €45-50k
2nd year consultants expected earnings are circa €75-€80k
3rd year consultants expected earnings are €115k +

What is Recruitment?
You will be generating your own leads and wining new clients, introducing great candidates to unique opportunities and building your network within your specialist market.
It involves:
- Participating in our in-house Learning and Development training programme
- Business development – Acquiring and developing client relationships and constantly seeking new opportunities in the market for business growth
- Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Process management: Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up
- Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media
- Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news
- Hitting daily targets and KPI's
To be considered, you will need the following:
· Recent graduate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
· Confident personality
· The desire to build a career and excel in a meritocratic environment
· Hardworking with a competitive edge
· Social personality
· Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
· Living in London and willing to relocate to Munich
· Willing to travel to the UK/Netherlands/Belgium for training purposes if required
· English speaking, German language is a big bonus
