The programme
Finance is a brand new addition to our Graduate Programme in 2024. You’ll get involved with different areas of our Finance team including the opportunity to work within our Group function. (This function sits with Flutter Entertainment. And offers the unique experience of working for our parent company.) You’ll receive full exam funding from us to pursue professional qualifications such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA.

Within your role, you’ll learn the core accounting skills required for future finance leaders and develop the technical accounting skills required for your professional qualifications. You will get full exposure to every area of our Finance structure to ensure you are

You’ll spend time in some of the following teams:
• Brand (Paddy Power, Sky Betting & Gaming or Betfair)
• Commercial Finance
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Group Finance

The programme will consist of multiple rotations over the course of 3 years.

The progress
We’ll set you up for success from the start. You’ll have your own dedicated mentor, access to personal development workshops and a £1,000/€1,000 Self-Development Fund. It’s up to you how you spend it, maybe you’d like to attend a conference, take an online course, or buy equipment to aid your learning – the possibilities are endless!

The process
We will be accepting applications until 29th February 2024.

If your application is successful, you’ll go through three rounds of testing
• Round 1: You’ll be invited to complete a short online assessment relevant to the programme you have applied for.
• Round 2: You’ll be invited to complete a second online assessment with SHL who specialise in general ability and personality testing. This round is to ensure we place you in the right area if you are successful!
• Final Round: You’ll be invited to an in-person assessment centre taking place in April 2024.

Important Information:
You must have the right to work in the UK and Ireland or hold a valid work permit for a minimum of 36 months.

Your preferred programme is taken into consideration when you apply, but we reserve the right to place you across other programmes dependent on where your abilities are best suited.
