Marketing Internship
Interview process
The Interview consisted of a 2 - on - 1 sort of competency-based interview as well as a group assessment and concluding with some case study tasks which then led to individual presentations to be delivered to a group of assessors. It was highly challenging and pressurising, but is a good experience to really increase your level of confidence and business presentation skills.
Most difficult question
What are your weaknesses? And what are you doing to combat that?
Interview tips
Be yourself, be humble and be passionate about the field in which you are applying for. Be ready and hungry and find a company that fits with your personality and culture fit. It becomes more of a relationship than a job
