Training & profiles

You can choose from nine schemes, each with its own structure and - in some cases - professional qualification. The roles are in finance, supply chain, customer and marketing, human resources, property, buying, product development, IT and product technology. So you will have to decide which one is right for you.

Our schemes offer exceptional graduates the opportunity to develop leadership qualities, to gain practical business skills, and to increase their capabilities through formal and informal training, all within the context of a fast-paced retail organisation. Everyone works on real business issues from day one, so there's an enormous amount of responsibility, and that means there's the chance to make a real difference.

Application procedure

FAQs

An essential element of every scheme is a six-month in-store placement. We believe that without the grounding and context that exposure to the hectic realities of a busy retail environment provides, expertise in any area, form HR to IT, is gained without an understanding of its impact on the people at the very heart of our business; our customers.
