Channels to Hilti

We have a dedicated team that can guide customers through the extensive range of tools and consumables, offer advice and support in areas ranging from application training, on-site testing, after sales service and technical advice.

Customer Services Advisors can help customers with product advice, orders, deliveries and locating the nearest Hilti Centre. If a customer needs professional advice, product and system demonstrations or application advice at their place of work or on-site, the Customer Services team can put them in contact with the local Hilti Account Manager in their area.

Hilti Centres can provide customers with product and application advice plus demonstrations of machines and systems. Tools and consumables are also available for purchase from the Hilti Centres with 22 centres across the UK.

Since joining Hilti in 2007, my career to date has been diverse. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Masters degree in Lightweight Materials, both awarded by the University of Manchester. In my current role as field based Project Engineer, I technically support the design offices in the North West region. My primary objective is to ensure that Hilti engineered products are specified on all projects. To date, I have consulted on projects involving wastewater treatment facilities, commercial developments, nuclear power stations, airports, schools, warships, and railways. I am currently undergoing professional development with the view of gaining chartership of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) with the support of Hilti.

Competitive salaries plus performance related bonus for all roles.

Candidates could either be based at the Head Office in Manchester or in various location throughout the UK. Candidates must be mobile – able to live & work at different locations in the UK & possibly Internationally.

You must have the Legal Right to Work in the UK, sponsorship can be offered for high performing employees.

For field sales roles you must have a full, clean UK Driving Licence.
