The Next Generation In Excellence

An ever-evolving heritage. A truly exciting future. Home to two of the world’s most iconic brands. At Jaguar Land Rover we are continually redefining the benchmark for excellence and setting the standards that others want to follow. And with increasing demand and even greater ambitions, finding the future leaders of our business has never been more important than now. That’s where you join the journey.

From Programmes & Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Commercial Engineering and Design, to Supply Chain & Logistics, Purchasing, Finance and Human Resources, through to Property, IT and Marketing, Sales & Service, we offer graduate programmes right across the business - and an ever-expanding range of undergraduate placements too.

Based in one of our five locations in the West Midlands or at our Advanced Manufacturing Facility near Liverpool, you’ll discover our dedication to developing excellence runs throughout the business. Your innovation and creativity will be challenged every day, as you develop a rigorous and commercially-focused approach to your work. And with opportunities to gain professional qualifications and comprehensive in-house training, you’ll quickly realise the programme has been designed to be just as inspiring as the vehicles you’ll help produce.

For some of our graduate programmes and undergraduate placements you’ll need specific qualifications, but in general we’re looking for people who have gained - or are on course to achieve - at least a 2:2 degree and are ready to push the boundaries of their potential.

As you’d expect from one of the world's most revered organisations, a competitive salary and outstanding range of benefits await those who have the vision and drive to continue our global success. All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover an excellent place to start your journey and build a world-class career.
