The thing that drew me to Tate & Lyle was the fact that it offers a very hands-on approach. You are expected to show commitment and muck in with the operators and other engineers to get the job done. You learn from the grass roots up, which is fantastic because you learn about a whole range of other engineering disciplines besides your own.

Training & Profiles

Our intensive training programme lasts a minimum of 12 months and varies from hands-on projects to off the job training. The programme will also develop your technical, commercial and interpersonal skills, and we encourage you to complete professional qualifications and/ or membership of professional bodies.
