The scheme offers a brilliant career opportunity in the reinsurance industry. The rotation makes the scheme diverse and the people at Swiss Re are great to work with. The training blocks in Zurich are hard work but great fun, socialising with 50 graduates from all locations. I really enjoy the travel prospects as audits are regularly performed in exotic places including the USA and India.
