Training & Profiles

All graduates will have access to extensive training and support throughout the role.

This varies depending on the programme joined. For example; professional qualifications relating to your field (i.e. CIMA as part of the Finance programme) or extensive in-house role specific development (i.e. both the Software Engineering Academy programme and Technology begin with internal in-house training for 4-6 weeks).

Centralised activity and training modules occur thoughtout the programme allowing networking and skills development for all beginning with a 2 day induction including sessions from senior Sky leaders and providing a key insight into the organisation you’ve joined.
