Students at Swansea...are these signs making a blind bit of difference?

Saying that I'm pretty sure 10% of students at Mancherster aren't 100% how to use the toilet properly. I've seen some ugly stuff in the last two years.
Not sure a sign is going to make a noticeable difference though.
