300 threshold for graduate scheme

I only got 280 ucas points and most graduate schemes require you to have 300 ucas points, are graduate scheme the only way to get a graduate job? Is anyone in the same boat as me

Hi Matthew,
Try applying for graduate internships. I did and after a year of searching.
Also if you have a 2:1 or a 1st and/or extenuating circumstances company's usually offer some leeway. Just email the company or call in. It definitely shows them your enthusiastic and interested.
If your CV needs a bit more meat do some volunteering.
