I have applied for over 200 recruitment consultant jobs on several websites, and although I am getting call backs I am not able to secure an interview. A lot of times I have been told that I have been short listed and will definitely progress on to an interview, but the employers never get back to me.
I am a graduate and have experience in sales, cv analysis and customer service.
Can anyone offer me some tips or advice on key things I should mention?

It's pot luck, I have had interviews with little sales experience. Just keep applying
