Hi all, right now am working as a software developer in a small it company .I have about 2.8 years of exp. in dot net with SQL server. now I got offer from Sungard but for position L3 technical support with good package. what should I do? is L3 tech. support good for future career growth? or should I search more for development job only?

What percentage of your new job would still be development work?
Can you paste a copy of the job spec?
