The SKY graduate software developer scheme seems quite good and is exactly what I want to get into, but is this the same process as their other schemes? not sure if they will require more technical knowledge in the application stage etc or if we need to demonstrate this somehow?

It's a Software Developer position, they will require technical knowledge and demonstration.
