be calm & confident but not cocky and be fully prepared & dressed smart & sharp, oh and asked intelligent questions relating to the position and company.

I agree - Asking questions that shows you have done your research goes a long way! What type of questions do you tend to ask?

Has anyone had any luck? I've applied but no reply. I have a business degree an a wide of experience including management and admin.
