Marketing graduate scheme with Nestle

I've been looking for many graduate schemes in marketing, and definitely want to go down that route but can anyone tell me the difference between doing this scheme and the others that are around? Thank you!

im interested in a response too seeing as i have applied for the same program.

also i was wondering with 2 years worth of experience, having graduated in 2010, should i still be applying for graduate programs? i would love the exposure to a range of roles, and that comes in graduate programs.. but im not sure if im getting passed up because of the experience.
