Interview tipsCome in confident and ready to get stuck into the tasks. Try to quickly learn the names of the other trainees to make the tasks run more smoothly. Be smiley and yourself. Listen to the tasks carefully and keep an eye on the time to make sure you show your great time management skills. The telephone test might seem daunting but just talk on the phone as though you were talking to an old family friend.
