Training & Profiles

As part of the 3-year Software Academy programme, we will fully support you with the completion of a Masters’ degree.

Your training will be a blend of theory provided by university lecturers and practical training provided by Sky Betting & Gaming Engineers. Following your training, you will join one of our tribes where you will work as part of a squad, working collaboratively to share knowledge and complete tasks.

At Sky Betting & Gaming, we don’t have Teams, we have Tribes. Each Tribe is made up of small, agile and autonomous squads who work collaboratively with a shared purpose.

So whether you join our Bet Tribe, Early Careers Tribe or anything in between, you will work with a group of people with raw energy, natural talent, and the kind of spirit that helps us think big, act bold, and change the game.

At Sky Betting and Gaming we are committed to investing in your development. We have a variety of courses available through our L&D function as well as access to our Tech Ninja fund of 1K, whether it be a conference, some learning materials or a piece of kit which you feel will support you whilst doing your role.
