Many of our courses are accredited by the key professional bodies. In many cases completion of these courses can offer you a route to Chartered or Registered status and may grant you exemption from certain professional examinations. Research

Scott Sutherland School of Architecture & Built Environment has an active and vibrant research community. If you undertake a research degree with us, you will work alongside, and be supported by, experienced researchers and academics.

Research within the school falls under the "Environments for People" theme with a focus on social, economic and physical resource sustainability and evaluation of the design of built environments in terms of their ability to meet the needs of people.
