First was devoted to why I wanted to the NHS, here i had to prove that I knew a lot about the current issues the NHS are facing and show that I was passionate about improving NHS standards, focusing on the patient. The second was experience based, for example "give me an example of a time when you demonstrated the ability to work well in a team".
