Interview processAfter completing some longer answers in the screening process, I was invited to an video interview - except it was really a one way interview. The questions were revealed to me individually and I then had just 30 seconds to prepare my answer, then about 90 seconds to deliver my answer. It is not possible to play back what you have recorded, so once it's done, it's done.
