Interview processI had 2 interviews with the line manager of the role and a current graduate employee on 2 separate dates. The first interview focused on the role and the company and my knowledge about both. The second interview focused more on myself and my own experiences including detailed discussions about my CV and placement role.

Don't just say why you like the company and why you are a good, you need to convince them that you know the role inside out and why you are the best candidate for the role.
