Company Company Profile

InSync Technology is a successful and growing Employee-Owned business providing product design and manufacturing services to the broadcast and related markets. Products developed by InSync are sold exclusively through market-leading OEMs. InSync is a truly international business with clients based in North America, Europe and the Far East. As a privately owned business we can offer independent advice and services to our clients.

Employee Ownership

InSync is proud to announce that as of October 2013 it has become an Employee Owned Business. Following in the wake of many successful employee owned businesses, staff and management are looking forward to continuing their investment in the long-term shared success of the company. The employees' interests are managed by an Employee Benefit Trust which is now the majority owner, holding a controlling share of the business. InSync were guided through the transition process by Baxendale - see their website for details of the many business advantages of employee ownership.

Business success

InSync Technology was formed in 2003 and has seen continuous growth in sales and manufacturing output. Having begun providing only broadcast engineering support services, activities now extend to complete product design using InSync-owned IP. By continually refreshing our skills and product offerings InSync has seen a large and sustained increase in business in recent years - so much so that we are moving to larger premises for the second time in four years...

The benefits of working with us

InSync offers an energetic and supportive environment where the adage 'work hard and play hard' could not be more true. With much more in the social calendar than a lively annual Christmas party, the team has enjoyed excursions including trips to Barcelona, the Isle of Wight, Amsterdam and Paris to socialise, foster team cohesion and celebrate success.

InSync, as a business, exercises environmental responsibility and follows sustainability best practice, minimising its carbon footprint and maximising reuse and recycling.

InSync, as an employer, is concerned about quality of life and work-life balance. Health and well-being are fully acknowledged as contributory factors to long term success for both employees and the business. Within the company you will find pursuits such as windsurfing, cycling and running are enjoyed as part of day to day life.

Many staff cycle to work and cycling has featured in after-work social and team-building activities. An annual outing sees a number of staff spend a weekend cycling the South Downs Way. The runners are always happy to welcome new staff to join a biweekly lunchtime run.

Petersfield is an attractive market town with a lively cosmopolitan feel. In addition to a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs, Petersfield has good transport links, not least direct access to the A3 and a mainline railway station. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, InSync is located within the newly created South Downs National Park. Plenty of options exist for setting up home, with commuting perfectly feasible from cities such as Guildford, Portsmouth and Southampton or a host of nearby towns and villages to suit a variety of tastes and budgets.
