Company Company Profile

Opening doors. Changing lives.

At Ingeus, we specialise in helping people to overcome the barriers preventing them from securing a long-term job – and a better, brighter future. In fact, we’re one of the UK’s leading welfare-to-work providers. Our success is down to our unwavering focus on people – both our clients and our teams.

We believe in treating each individual client as just that – an individual. Which is why we look for people who share our commitment to going the extra mile to help others. Our teams make a huge difference to our goal of supporting people into suitable, lasting work, and we reward them well for it. It’s one of the reasons why we’ve been placed in the top 40 of the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For list for the last four years.

The work we do can be challenging, but our success speaks for itself. Since 2002, we’ve helped over 90,000 clients to secure lasting work. And no matter where you join us, you’ll have a vital role to play in ensuring that that number continues to grow.

Put simply, if you’re looking for a career that’s both stretching and rewarding, there is quite simply no better place to be.
