    Interview process

I had to do a telephone interview, why do you want to work in recruitment and Hays. Then Face-to-Face similar with roles plays. I also did an assessment centre we did selling role plays like sell a candidate to a client, like what is good about them, why and i had to go into detail in a mock face-to-face meeting.

    Most difficult question

Assessment centre role plays were difficult, take your time.

    Interview tips

Really think about what is being asked. The internal recruiter gives lots of information and clues out on the way and if you are listening you should be able to provide good answers. Ask open questions to get more information out of the recruiters.

    Experiences at the assessment centre

Hard but gives a good insight into recruitment
