Interview processStarted with the on-line assessment which consisted of numerical, verbal reasoning and psychometric analysis. After clearing this test, there was a telephonic interview which lasted for 15 mins where I was asked about my IT and project management skills and brief discussion about my previous work experience. Also, they asked me about the company and told me about their job specifications.
