If you’re in your first or penultimate year, and want to gain insight and build skills, we offer three-month summer internships and twelve-month industrial placements across our business. You’ll receive on-the-job training within a structured framework, where you’ll develop technical expertise and professional skills such as commercial awareness and problem solving. You can choose between a range of engineering disciplines as well as business roles including project management, finance and consulting. And best of all, if successful on your internship, you could end up fast-tracked onto a Graduate programme the following year.
With graduate opportunities nationwide, joining a BAE Systems programme means you’ll learning through valuable hands-on experience and formal training – developing a career, from day one.
