Masters Sponsorship: If you do not currently have an RICS or an RTPI accredited degree and are applying for a Surveying or Planning role, you will be required to complete a post graduate degree. This degree will be funded by the apprenticeship levy (with no cost to the student). As an apprenticeship course, graduates will require 20% ‘off the job training’ from day 1 of the apprenticeship, right through to the APC submission. This ‘off the job training’ does not necessarily mean only studying, but also attending client meetings, site visits, shadowing another team and any other new relevant learning. The non-cognate route, will mean that the graduate will sit their APC later (2.5 year training programme for Surveyors and 3 years for Planners).

The Urban Design Studio is part of the Savills Planning Division. With over 300 people within the Planning division throughout the UK, Savills has the largest planning team of any mainstream real estate practice, with a reputation for success and professionalism.

London Surveying Graduate Scheme

The Savills London Rotation Graduate Programme allows graduates to gain a thorough understanding of the industry, market and Savills teams and clients, in preparation for the APC and becoming a real estate professional. Both cognate and non-cognate degree candidates will be considered.

The Savills Regional Surveying Graduate Programme allows graduates to gain a thorough understanding of the industry, markets and Savills teams and clients, in preparation for the APC and becoming a real estate professional. Both cognate and non-cognate degree candidates will be considered.

Affordable Housing Graduate Scheme

The Savills Affordable Housing Rotation scheme in London will include a mixture of 6 & 4 month rotations across the 2 year programme. Cognate degree candidates will be considered.

Operational Capital Markets Analyst Programme

Savills Operational Capital Markets (OCM) division advises clients in the multifamily (including Build to Rent), student accommodation, senior living and healthcare sectors across the UK and Europe. Both cognate and non-cognate degree candidates will be considered.

Building Surveying Graduate Scheme

Sustainable Design Graduate Scheme

As a graduate within Sustainable Design you will gain experience across a wider variety of different service lines and skills, working alongside engineers, architects and environmental scientists to develop implementable solutions to the climate emergency. Primarily our work focuses on delivering sustainable new development, through concept design and the Planning process, alongside realigning existing buildings to the net zero transition, but every client is different and we are often called upon to find solutions to a broad spectrum of energy and sustainability questions.
