Our mission is to change children's lives; supporting them to make real maths and English progress and unlock a love of learning. Whether it's online or in one of our vibrant UK tuition centres, we bring learning to life.

We operate over 90 tuition centres across England, Scotland and Wales, and also offer online tuition so families can access our service from home.

How can I get a tuition centre role?
We’re thrilled you’re interested in working with us. Applying for a tuition centre role or centre manager role couldn't be easier! Simply visit our vacancies to view and apply for roles we are currently hiring for.
Do I have to be a qualified teacher to work at Explore Learning?
No, we don't require our staff to have a teaching qualification. We recruit staff from a variety of different subject disciplines and skillsets.
What qualification do I need to be a private tutor?
To be a private tutor with Explore Learning we ask that you achieved grades 6 or above in maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent). We'll provide all the training you need to be a fantastic tutor.
Can I apply for multiple tuition centre roles?
If you're passionate about more than one of our vacancies we're always happy to consider applicants for multiple roles if the skillsets match.

Is it possible to buy an Explore Learning franchise?
Explore Learning does not offer franchise opportunities. We directly recruit and train all of our staff to run our centres.
