One graduates has been extolling property careers as an exciting option for university leavers unsure on their futures.
Bricks and mortar has always been a popular career route for graduates and a few university leavers in the industry say it is only getting better. Alexandra Green studied English at Goldsmiths, University of London, before she started her career in property. She says it didn't take long for her to love her job.
"I started my first post-graduate job as an estate agent in Bow in East London," she says.
"Knowing absolutely nothing about the area to begin with, I very soon fell in love with it and all it had to offer. After a while I felt I had got to grips with the job but I knew I wanted a bigger and better company in order to really develop my skills and reach a wider spectrum of properties and clients."
