We have very exciting opportunities to join Whitbread as an Information Technology Graduate on our fantastic Technology Leadership programme.

We are the UK's leading hospitality business, the FTSE 100 company behind brands such as Premier Inn, Beefeater and Bar & Block. Powering our businesses is an Information Technology function with exciting plans to put Whitbread in an even stronger position to deliver the strategy to innovate and develop our core UK business; focus on Premier Inn’s strengths to scale at speed internationally; and build the infrastructure and capabilities to support continuing long-term growth.

What you will be doing:
This fantastic graduate programme takes your passion for technology and turns it into exceptional expertise. Join the Information Technology programme and you could be bringing innovative tech to our hotels, keeping our customer data secure, or driving data centric decisions to improve customer service within Whitbread. As a graduate, if you are based in Dunstable you will be aligned to one of three main areas; IT Architecture, IT Security or IT Generalist; if you are based in London you will be focused on Agile digital development and delivery. You will spend your two-year scheme rotating through various areas from analytics to project management.

Throughout your programme you will take responsibility for delivering value-adding changes and improvements into our brands, whilst benefitting from exposure to senior business leaders and experienced specialists who will mentor and support you and your development. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be part of our growing community of past and present graduates across Whitbread.

We're looking for individuals who want to be stretched and challenged beyond their comfort zone. You should be curious, hungry for new knowledge and always questioning. You’re determined and focused on delivery, with a passion for making things better. You’ll bring fresh insights and a new way of thinking, driving creativity and innovation. You’re bold enough to speak out, back yourself and challenge the status quo. You connect at all levels of the organisation, building genuine authentic and meaningful relationships.

We're not just looking for the next generation of leaders; we’re looking for individuals to make a difference from day one.

What you’ll need:
•Minimum 2:1 degree (achieved or expected) in a STEM subject
•Good analytical and team working skills
•A genuine passion for working with people

We encourage prospective candidates to apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
