We are looking for resourceful, bright and confident candidates with the following:


Bachelors degree (or demonstrate something spectacular)


Experience in telephone sales or a relatable role


Understanding of mid-length sales cycle and strong sales acumen


Outstanding vocal skills, communication and interpersonal skills


Software or services experience is advantageous


Excellent time management and motivated by personal performance


A positive self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity


Main Responsibilities will include:






Communicate with prospects and respond to all inbound leads within a timely fashion


Creat quality opportunities through email, social media and phone calls to schedule new business meetings with key decision-makers


Strategically develop new leads and opportunities through outbound research


Educate prospects on our product and services


Document daily activities in HubSpot CRM



Package


We appreciate that to get the best talent we have to offer an excellent package and fantastic long-term opportunities. This is why we offer average first-year earnings of £53,000 and a market-leading base between £30K-35K. The first promotion is typically attained within 6-12 months and we regularly promote from within beyond that - within 18 months you could be a Business Development Manager with responsibility for internal growth and shares.
