The Company

We are an established property technology platform leading the development in the way people sell their homes. No one has ever said anything good about the process of selling a home. The current estate agent climate is plagued with unclear valuations, broken chains and just generally untrustworthy agents - the accumulation of which results in making selling your home one of the most stressful things you do in your life. We are disrupting this broken system through our revolutionary technology company and are giving UK home-owners a fair offer on their home at the click of a button.

The success of our company is down to two things - the innovative technology behind our platform and the intelligence and drive of our employees. Our growth trajectory shows we're onto something big and we're looking for exceptional people to join our team of valuation analysts in our London HQ.

The Role

As a valuation analyst you will be responsible for providing new customers with a fair and transparent valuation for their home. Naturally, you will become an expert in the local market dynamics, trends, saleability and be able to apply both a quantitative and qualitative approach to valuation.

The Account Executive role is one that is only suitable for the very highest calibre of graduates. We are experts in what we do and - since we are a very career-minded organisation - we only hire graduates who have the determination to become experts too.

There are certain requirements that we use to shortlist candidates for this role, including (but not limited to!):

2:1 in a STEM degree from a Russell Group University

Demonstrated interest in the property sector

Good attention to detail

The ability to be client facing and have a good phone manner

Want to work in a high growth, fun and collaborative start-up environment

Have a good understanding of the London property market

The Basics
