We are a successful Mayfair based boutique recruitment consultancy who recruits solely for the real estate market and related sectors (including financial institutions, fund managers and private equity concerns).
Now well into our third decade of trading and operating from smart open plan offices in Bond Street, we have an experienced and stable team, who manage the accounts for a varied and progressive client base with instructions ranging from new and repeat business to retained mandates.
As a business we have taken advantage of the recession and developed new and successful income lines and revenue streams in the real estate arena and have now noticed a significant upward shift in the market and, as a consequence, instructions and resulting placements have substantially increased again in the last quarter. Currently our established team is unable to handle the increased business and we are now looking to recruit a number of graduates who wish to make a mark in what is an exciting and constantly developing sector and who wish to share in our success. The position will entail building your own portfolio of blue-chip clients through autonomous business development, face-to-face meetings and thereafter maintaining close and regular client contact with a view to assisting potential clients with their resourcing needs.
Candidates wishing to apply should be graduates with a 2:1 in a business disciplined degree or sales/marketing degree or similar. Candidates outside this remit will be considered but will need to show the required business acumen and dedication.
